Cooked spaghetti and tomato sauce with flavoured textured seasoned concentrated soya protein.

Cooked spaghetti 45% (water, durum WHEAT semolina, sunflower oil, salt), crushed tomato 31.8% (tomato, tomato juice), flavoured textured seasoned concentrated SOYA protein 8% (water, textured SOYA protein 2.8%, flavouring, SOYA protein concentrate 0.1%, sunflower oil, salt, caramelised sugar, pepper), onion, sunflower oil, mushroom, garlic, basil, tomato concentrate 0.6%, salt, thyme, cornstarch, paprika powder, oregano, spices (ground black pepper, ground white pepper, ground pink peppercorn, ground green pepper, ground coriander), dried herbs (parsley, laurel, thyme).

How To Cook

Pan Fry from frozen 

For al dente pasta:  

  • Add 50ml of water, cover and cook over a medium heat for 6 minutes stirring frequently.  
  • Then cook for a further 3 minutes uncovered, stirring frequently.  

For softer pasta:  

  • Add 100ml of water, cover and cook over a medium heat for 6 minutes stirring frequently.  
  • Then cook for a further 4 minutes uncovered, stirring frequently.  

Microwave from frozen  

  • In an appropriate container heat the product at 750W for 8-9 minutes.  
  • Adapt the time to the power of the heat. 

For best results pan fry from frozen. 

The cooking instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
Do NOT re-freeze after defrosting.
