Cooked basmati rice 27.5% (water, basmati rice), crushed tomato 25% (tomato, tomato juice), flavoured rehydrated concentrated SOYA protein 12.5% (water, SOYA protein concentrate 3.5%, sunflower oil, natural flavouring, salt, preservatives (buffered vinegar, lactic acid), maltodextrin), cauliflower 7.5%, cooked green lentil 5% (water, green lentil), carrot 5%, water, sunflower oil, onion, ginger, tomato concentrate, garlic, isolated SOYA protein, lemon juice, sugar, salt, cornstarch, ground coriander seed, rapeseed oil, coriander leaf, curry (contains MUSTARD), cumin, spirit vinegar, ground turmeric, dried onion, ginger puree, coconut powder, ground clove, lemon juice concentrate, chili powder, ground black pepper, paprika, cardamom, nutmeg, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin).

How To Cook

Pan Fry from frozen 

  • Add 50ml of water, cover and cook over a medium heat for 6 minutes stirring frequently.  
  • Then cook for a further 5 minutes uncovered, stirring frequently.  

Microwave from frozen  

  • In an appropriate container heat the product at 750W for 8-9 minutes. 
  • Adapt the time to the power of the heat. 

For best results pan fry from frozen. 

The cooking instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
Do NOT re-freeze after defrosting.
