Cooking Instructions
Put vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Heat and add finely chopped red onion. Fry for 2 minutes until lightly coloured. Add garlic granules, frozen mince and red chilli flakes. Stir in and pan-fry for 5 minutes until lightly coloured.
Add chopped tomatoes, kidney beans (including the juice), tomato passata, water, vegetable stock cube, smoked paprika and marmite.
Allow to simmer gently with the lid off for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice, potato wedges or tortilla chips with vegan cheese.
