Cooking Instructions
Cut one yellow pepper,one red pepper and one red onion into fine slices.
Heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil.
Add the frozen sausages and sliced red peppers and onions.
Sprinkle in a generous shake of BBQ seasoning.
Cook over a medium heat for approximately 10-12 minutes until the sausages are browned and cooked throughout.
Add 1 can of chopped tomatoes, 1 can of kidney beans (including the juice) and 5 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.
Allow to simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
Ensure that the sausages are hot and cooked throughout.
