Cooking Instructions
Place the No Chick Strips in a bowl. Sprinkle with the zest of half a lemon. Squeeze over the juice of half a lemon. Sprinkle over some dried herbs and add a tablespoon of oil. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
Heat a frying pan and pan-fry until golden brown and well coloured.
Lay the wrap out on a chopping board. Add a tablespoon of houmous to the centre. Top with some cucumber sticks (¼ cucumber cut lengthways). Add the pan-fried No Chick Strips. Top with the salad leaf. Fold the left and right edges inwards slightly. Roll over tightly and serve.
Spread a little of the houmous over around the top edge of the wrap to help it stick together when you roll it.
