Cooking Instructions
Place the No Chick Strips in a bowl. Allow to defrost slightly.
Sprinkle over teaspoon of dried chillies and add Sriracha sauce. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
Chop the red & yellow peppers into large chunks. Cut red onion into quarters and separate the pieces into petals. Take 4 kebab sticks and thread the No Chick Strips and vegetable pieces on, in alternate colours and pieces.
Grill in the oven or on a BBQ until coloured and cooked throughout. Pour on an extra drizzle of Sriracha sauce when ready to serve.
Serve with a salad and pitta bread.
