How To Cook

Pan Fry from frozen

  • Pan fry cook time: 8-10 minutes.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Remove from packaging.
  • Fry over a medium heat for 8-10minutes.
  • Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.

Oven bake from frozen

  • Fan 200°C / Gas 6 Cook time: 16-20 mins.
  • Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C / Gas 6.
  • Remove from packaging.
  • Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 16-20 minutes.

For best results cook from frozen.
