How To Cook

Pan fry from frozen
Fry a little oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.

Air Fry from frozen
Preheat air fryer at 180C and cook for 8-9 minutes, turning once.

Oven Bake from frozen
Preheat oven to 180/360F/Gas mark 6. Place on an oven tray. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Do not overcook as this will spoil the texture.

For best results cook from frozen.
The cooking instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
