How To Cook

Pan Fry from frozen:

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Fry for 14-16 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Reduce heat if neccessary.

 

Oven bake from frozen:

Pre-heat oven fan to 180°C / Gas 6. Remove from all packaging. Place on a baking tray near the top of the oven for 22-24 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.

 

Air fry from frozen:

This product is suitable to be cooked in an air fryer. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions 1400W 4Ltr Air Fryer. Set temperature to 160C. Remove from all packaging. Place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.

 

BBQ from frozen:

Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.

 

For best results cook from frozen.

The cooking instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.

Do NOT re-freeze after defrosting.
