How To Cook

Cook in Oven

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C/360° F/Gas mark 6.
  • Place on an oven tray. Place in the oven and bake for 10 – 12 minutes, turning once.
  • Do not overcook as this will spoil the texture.

Cook in Frying Pan 

  • Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, turning once. 

Cook in Air fryer 

  • Pre-heat air fryer at 180°C and cook for 8-9 minutes, turning once.
