Cooked, flavoured strips made from soya, wheat and pea protein with a crispy, Southern-flavoured bite.

Water, WHEAT flour, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, yeast extract, olive oil, cider vinegar, salt, sugar), WHEAT gluten 5.9 %, starch (contains WHEAT), sunflower oil, SOYA protein isolate 3.9 %, bamboo fibre, yeast extract, salt, thickener (methyl cellulose), sugar, spices, pea protein 0.4 %, white pepper, onion, garlic, dextrose, colour (paprika extract), chilli extract, flavouring, smoke flavouring.

How To Cook

Cook in Oven

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C/360° F/Gas mark 6.
  • Place on an oven tray. Place in the oven and bake for 10 – 12 minutes, turning once.
  • Do not overcook as this will spoil the texture.

Cook in Frying Pan 

  • Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, turning once. 

Cook in Air fryer 

  • Pre-heat air fryer at 180°C and cook for 8-9 minutes, turning once.
